Who processes your data

The data controller is Patryk Gniewek, doing business as Kaijiro Labs, registered in Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 794 184 08 94.

What data we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address and message. Providing them is voluntary, but without an email address we have no way to reply.

Automatically, on the hosting provider's side: IP address, browser type and time of visit. This data is used only for the security and diagnostics of the site.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process form data to respond to your inquiry and present an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process technical data based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence about an inquiry for 12 months from the last contact. If we start working together, we keep it for the duration of the cooperation and for the period required by tax law.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time, unless a legal obligation prevents it.

Who we share it with

The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, which processes technical data as a data processor. Correspondence is handled by our email provider.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not profile visitors.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no cookies or identifiers on your device. It shows us only aggregate data: the page opened, country, device type and referral source.

On offer pages prepared for a specific company, our own counter also measures how long the page was read, how far it was scrolled and the rough device type. The counter stores no cookies, IP addresses or identifiers on your device. We keep this data for up to 60 days.

The only cookie that may be set handles sign-in to the company's internal panel and does not concern site visitors.
